Our Rates

Monthly management fee:

We believe in full transparency of our fees and are happy to share them here for your review. Dillon Crew Realty retains a percentage of the rent each month for the management of your property:

10% - Long-term rentals (traditional one-year lease, unfurnished properties)

15% - Medium-term furnished rentals (typically 3-6 month leases)

20% - Short-term furnished vacation rentals (typically less than 3 months)

Leasing fee:

$150 The beginning of any new medium or long-term tenancy requires extra hours to prepare a property, meet potential tenants, review applications, and draft leasing documents. A one-time charge of $150 is retained by Dillon Crew Realty at the beginning of a new medium or long-term tenant moving into the property.
